Been thinking that you have room in your life for someone to care for and a little unconditional Love in return? Well this Saturday love is free. How does it work?  Read on.

The Bangor Humane Society is waiving all adoption fees for this Saturday from 10am until 6pm thanks to a grant from the ASPCA and in partnership with Quirk Subaru of Bangor. The goal of their event is to find a new home for all of the cats, dogs, and small animals like rabbits in the shelter.

All of the animals are vet checked, microchipped and ready to go home this Saturday.

That said Stacey Coventry their Director of Development and Public Relations assures animal lovers of our community that all other adoption policies that ensure a pet gets a safe, loving and capable home are still in tact. They will also be offering adoption photos courtesy of Quirk Subaru with your new pet. BHS calls the event a celebration and a way for local businesses and us to say thank you by giving a free adoption in hopes to clear the shelters and get everybody home but they repeat they will not be giving up our normal adoption policies."
