A man wanted in connection the homicide death of a man in Bangor has been taken into custody.

Donald Galleck, 29, of Bangor and Michigan was taken into custody by officers from the Bangor Police Department Friday. He was charged with murder.

Galleck had been sought in connection with the recent homicide death of Jason Moody, 40, of Waldoboro, Maine.

Moody was unresponsive when found at the intersection of Cumberland and Center Streets on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018. He later passed away at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.

Galleck was arrested on Fifth Street in Bangor at approximately 11 a.m. Friday.

A local woman also was charged in connection with the case. Mary Molnar, 33, was charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution class B. Her bail has been set at $750.00.
