Looks like Rihanna should consider changing the name of her MAC lipstick to 'Woo! Herpes!' if this new lawsuit is to be believed.

A woman named Starkeema Greenidge is suing the cosmetics company alleging that a particular tube of RiRi's lipstick gave her herpes. Greenidge was at the singer's concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn when she decided to visit the MAC pop-up shop that was shilling Rihanna's line of makeup. Starkeema alleges that a MAC rep applied a layer of RiRi Woo to her smackers, which lead to the development of some, uh, unsightly bumps.

Greenidge, who is a waitress, told the New York Daily News, "I wasn’t able to work for two weeks. It cost me a lot of money." Now that ain't cool.

The 28-year-old alleges in her suit that she suffered, "mental anguish and emotional distress" as a result of the episode. Greenidge also hopes her episode forces the cosmetics company to re-evaluate their practices in the future, saying MAC should train employees to use disposable tubes or swabs. Honestly, we're kind of shocked they weren't doing that in the first place!

So what do you think? Does this woman have a legitimate lawsuit or is she out for the money? Vote in the poll below.
