With places like the old Arby's building near the Bangor Mall vacant and in a prime location for business we ask you what should move in there?

    Arby's

    57 Bangor Mall Blvd, Bangor

This Arby's location closed July 2015 and has sat vacant since. We think this would be a good location for a Panera Bread! Panera would fit right in to this busy area full of cuisine options. What do you think would work well here?

    Beef O' Brady's

    688 Wilson St. Brewer

This is a location that has been unoccupied the longest. Among an area growing with business, this ex-eatery is just growing weeds in the parking lot. Nothing else has occupied this building since 2013. How about a Sonic?! Fast food with lots of options to grab on your way to Bar Harbor. Located a minute from 395 we are surprised this spot hasn't been taken over yet. What do you think would fit?

    Pizza Hut

    557 Wilson St. Brewer

Not to far down the road from the ex Beef O' Brady's is the more recently vacant Pizza Hut. This one has us stumped. With a large parking lot, drive thru, and a decent size building, this place has a lot of possibilities.

    Bed, Bath and Beyond

    6 Bangor Mall Blvd, Bangor

Bed, Bath and Beyond recently relocated to what was formerly the Big Lot's building off of Stillwater Ave. But they left open a large space next to Toys 'R' Us! We have seen dumpsters and work being done at the location, but what is next for the building is anybody's guess. We hope it's something else for kids! How nice would it be to get all your shopping for your child done in one shopping plaza!?

    Circuit City

    668 Stillwater Ave., Bangor

Sure, Spirit Halloween occupies this former big box in October, but what else could go here? The store closed in 2009, part of a the company's plan to shutter 567 stores nationwide. What do you think, Trader Joe's?
