Watch Woman Steal Plasma TV By Sticking It Up Her Dress [VIDEO]

Police in Costa Rica are looking for a woman that was somehow able to steal a plasma TV by sticking it up her dress. Yes, you read that correctly.

Since it only took 13 seconds to accomplish the theft, cops think maybe she has either done this before, or has some very strong legs from doing power squats.

The incident happened two months ago, but authorities are hoping making the video public will hope catch the thief.
