The State Theatre in Portland is a great place to enjoy live music, and it constantly features great shows, and last Monday was no exception.

Snow Patrol took the stage to a packed crowd to play tunes, including their 2006 smash "Chasing Cars", which is the song that propelled the band to international fame. It's from their album, "Eyes Open" which topped the UK Albums Chart and sold over 6 million copies worldwide. You may also remember that "Chasing Cars" got a huge boost when it was featured on an episode of Grey's Anatomy.
