YouTube is a beautiful thing, sometimes just a simple search will uncover a treasure trove of riches and today was no exception!

Travel Film Archive posted a film of ski resorts in Maine during the 1950's, which is a pretty cool time warp to watch, especially when the film begins with a big ol' retro boat of a car passing through the Maine Turnpike toll booth.

The people, clothes and even the 1950's style narration of the film make this a pretty entertaining view of Maine way back in the day.
