The state attorney's office in Miami did the world a favor and released the arrest video from Justin Bieber's January 23rd DUI and he spent his ten hours in jail wisely, by doing knocking out 23 pushups in his cell.

And if that ins't enought to wet your whistle, he can also be seen being patted down by Miami PD and stumbling and bumbling around drunk.
