We have all had a pair of LL Bean boots at one time or another right? In fact, I still have a pair that I like to shovel with in the winter and I always remember to bring them to the Free The Z Turkey Drive, should the crazy and unpredictable weather of November rear it's ugly head.

The people at "Gear Patrol" have put together an interesting look at just how LL Bean makes that famous footwear we all love. At the manufacturing plant in Brunswick, they assemble about 1,300 pairs a day. Here is a little behind the scenes look at the process.
