All Aaron Spain wanted to do is cancel his Comcast account and what happened makes you never want to call any "customer service" representative again.

He placed the call at 7:19pm and then was promptly put on hold for three hours, until their customer service hours were over. He never spoke to an actual human being, just a series of voice directions. Why this kid sat there for three hours is beyond me, but one can certainly feel his pain.

Comcast also recently came under fire for harassing a customer who wanted to end his subscription with a series a pleas and a barrage of questions.
