Poor Nathan Sykes! The adorable singer of the Wanted had to undergo vocal surgery earlier this month, leading to an "unforeseen hiatus." And everyone misses the poor guy -- especially now that the band is garnering a lot more buzz for their single 'Walks Like Rihanna.'

Sykes is featured on the track, as it was recorded before he went under the knife, but he won't be able to partake in much of the promotion for the single because he's still recovering. The band's manager, Scooter Braun, talked to MTV News about his recovery.

"We're worried, but he's in recovery right now and we're being optimistic," Braun said. "Our prayers go out to him and right now we don't know. We're just waiting to see how he reacts to the surgery." He continued, "They want him back, so you know they're calling daily and he can't really speak. But we're trying to keep his spirits up and letting him know the group's not the same without him."

As for the song itself, the band is excited about it. Co-written and produced by Dr. Luke, it's pretty much got "hit" written all over it. "We are really excited about this single. We feel it's a little different from the usual Wanted sound. We've stripped it back to pure pop. It's just a feel-good, fun track," Tom Parker said. "'Fun' is a good word to describe the video too. Let's just say it's got a lot of character."
