Video From Bands At The Sidney Oakes Benefit[VIDEO]

Great turnout yesterday in Brewer!

Almost $6400 was raised yesterday at Jeff's Catering in Brewer at a benefit for the family of Sid Oakes who tragically lost his life on July 8th.

Several of the area's top bands performed at the eight hour event yesterday and not only were they amazing, but the turnout and support from Bangor and beyond was incredible.

Here are a few video snippets from some of the groups that played and be on the lookout for my friend Bill, who video bombs a few of them. Keep in mind that they were shot with my new phone, so they quality is just so-so.

I was so excited to see my friend Mike and his band "Shy Boy" that I recorded the whole damn thing upside down.
