One man was killed in a fire at the mobile home he shared with his family. Officials say it's believed that the victim is the one who set the fire.

The State Fire Marshal's office says the body of Jordan McEwen was found by firefighters in a bedroom of the mobile home at 100 Dow Siding Road in Caribou shortly after 10 Monday morning. The 18-year-old died from smoke inhalation in the fire that swept the home.

McEwen is known to law enforcement authorities after he was suspected of setting a fire in November at the apartment house where he was living. Because of that history, the Fire Marshal's office suspects he may have set this fire, as well.

He shared the home with his mother and brother. They were not home at the time of the fire.
