Police have released more details about a fatal accident on I-95 Tuesday, including the names of the men in the car.

Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland says the driver has been identified as 54-year-old Gabino Ortiz of Brockton, Massachusetts. He was treated at a Portland hospital for non-life threatening injuries. His passenger, 19-year-old Uriel Vasquez, also of Brockton, died in the crash. Both men were working as drywallers and were headed to a job site in the Saco area when the accident happened in Wells.

Police say the Honda Odyssey struck the median and then crossed to the other side of the road, where it broke through a guardrail and hit a tree. Troopers cited Ortiz for driving without a license. Once the crash report is completed, it will be reviewed by the York County DA's Office to determine whether any other charges will be filed.
