Tipping on Takeout? [POLL]

We had a pretty good debate around the office yesterday, and thanks to Katie Doak, I'm throwing this out there to get your opinion. When you order takeout from a restaurant do you tip when you pick up the order? We are not talking about delivery, we are talking about phoning in the order, or going in to the restaurant and then taking everything to go.
