There have been so many viral video trends on YouTube over the years that it's impossible to keep up with them, because they are usually over as fast as they begin.

The hot new thing of the moment is "Sausage Screaming" Apparently, when you cook a sausage, or hot dogt on a stove, or a microwave, a bizarre moan emerges from the sausage.
