CBS' upcoming summer series adapting Stephen King's 'Under the Dome' has given out some impressive imagery in its teasers thus far, but none as compelling as the most recent trailer set to a re-arranged version of iconic Bob Dylan classic "All Along the Watchtower." CBS 'Under the Dome' Will Pay Homage to 'The Simpsons'?

The moment CBS announced it would take Stephen King's 2009 thriller 'Under the Dome' to series, certain fans rallied behind a cry of "Simpsons did it" given that the 2007 feature-length adaptation of America's favorite animated family featured a similarly domed premise. Both domes proved mere coincidence, with a 2010 'Simpsons' episode even addressing the similarity, but how will CBS' upcoming summer series pay homage to 'The Simpsons' in turn?
