Orono Man Arrested on Trespassing Charge at Stephen King’s Home
According to a press release from the Bangor PD, this past Tuesday morning staff at Stephen King’s home at 47 West Broadway in Bangor encountered an unknown and unwanted guest within the house.
Christopher Prince, 29, of Orono was asked by staff to leave the residence, which he did.
The Bangor Police Department received the call and dispatched Officer Taylor Bagley to the scene. Officer Bagley found Prince just up the road from the King home. When questioned as to why he had entered the home, Prince became “uncooperative and combative”.
Prince was arrested and charged with Failure to Submit to Arrest and/or Detention. He was also served a criminal trespass order.
