Spring's Coming Early [VIDEO]

After a day in the 50's on February 1st, Punxsutawney Phil emerged from his burrow and spoke to his handlers on Tuesday morning, February 2nd and declared that there will be an early Spring!

Of course, we know in Maine that Spring will get here in late March, early April, but it sure beats a forecast of 6 more weeks of winter!
