I have a confession to make. Last night while my boyfriend was preparing me dinner, I put on Christmas music. I can’t help it! With Free the Z next week, I am starting to get into the holiday spirit! Nothing is cozier to me than listening to Christmas music while lounging around the house in my pajamas with a glass of wine, the dog at my side and my sweet boyfriend cooking me dinner. Last nights menu? White Bean Fennel Soup! This recipe was suppose to be a Crock Pot soup but we just did it on the stove top! It was warm, healthy and super yummy! Looks good, right??? Follow this recipe below and enjoy for yourself!
