I wouldn't consider myself a hard core jogger, but I do run from time to time and I do prefer doing it outdoors, as opposed to a treadmill, but I draw the line at jogging in a snow storm.

The recent snowfall in Portland, Oregon did not stop Chelsea and Michael from taking a night run and happened upon a news repoter from a local tv station who flagged them down for an interview. After praising the values of jogging on freshly fallen snow, they ran off into the night together, but not before Chelsea met the Portland street with her rear end.
