SIX YEARS AGO: Heath Ledger Found Dead

Hard to believe it's been six years...

It was six years ago today Heath Ledger was found dead in his Manhattan apartment. The New York Times reported that a masseuse arrived for an appointment. After knocking on Ledger's bedroom door with no response, the masseuse and housekeeper entered the room to find him unconscious.

Heath Ledger was best known for his Oscar-nominated performances in 'Brokeback Mountain' and as the Joker in 'Batman: The Dark Knight.' My personal fave was his roll as Skip in 'The Lords of Dogtown.'
