Shia LaBeouf Stares Down Lane Splitter In Traffic[VIDEO]

Lane splitting is illegal and annoying, except the state of California, where it's just annoying.

A biker named Phil Caputo was weaving his way through some gnalry traffic in Burbank duuuude, when he hit the light and ran into someone famous.

Actor Shia LaBeouf is in the pickup truck next to him at the light and gives Phil the good ol' stink eye and of course, like every human interaction these days, it was caught on video.

So two questions come to mind. Why is lane splitting legal in California? And why does this guy have a camera stapped to his head?
