Jennifer is tying the knot with her beau Justin Theroux (Hey, that rhymed) Jen accepted his marriage proposal on Friday, which also just happened to be Justin's birthday.

The two have been dating since May of 2011 and co-starred in the movie 'Wanderlust"

This is Theroux's first marriage...Jen of course was married to some dude named Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005.
