Send Christmas Cards for Jacob's Last Christmas

Help 9 year old Jacob Thompson celebrate one more Christmas by sending him Christmas cards.

Jacob Thompson wants Christmas cards to celebrate what may be his last Christmas due to his cancer diagnosis.

Jacob was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma in 2014 and has thrived for several years. However, his family says that this is most likely his last Christmas.

With Jacob's love of Christmas he has asked to celebrate Christmas early. He will decorate his hospital room and Santa will be coming early for him. Lastly, he would like presents and Christmas cards, specifically homemade ones.
