Two people are facing charges after police in Bath executed a search warrant. The investigation netted a variety of drugs and a criminal trespass charge.

Police Chief Mike Field said in a press release that the search warrant involved apartment 4 at 32 South Street in Bath. It was issued based on several weeks of investigative police work into illegal drug activity in the home.

Upon entering the apartment, police arrested two people. 34-year-old Lucas Elwell of Bath was charged with Criminal Trespass. He had previously been served a Trespass Order by police for complaints from the landlord. Elwell was taken to the police department where he was able to pay his $500 bail.

Police found a number of items in the apartment:

  • Assorted illegal prescription pills
  • Marijuana
  • Spice
  • Psilocybin mushrooms
  • Empty suboxone packages
  • Hypodermic Needles
  • Assorted illegal drug paraphernalia

Bath Police also arrested 34-year-old Debra Lully, who lives in the apartment. She was charged with unlawful possession of drugs, unlawful possession of Drug Paraphernalia, possession of a usable amount of marijuana; and violation of conditions of release. Lully also had outstanding warrants for theft from Brunswick. She was taken to Two Bridges Regional Jail.
