The 4th Annual Pound The Pavement 5k Color Run/Walk is THIS SUNDAY in Brewer! All proceeds stay local in Maine to bring awareness to Pancreatic Cancer. You still have time to register!!! The Packet Pick Up/Expo will be at Bodies By Badger 510 Wilson St Across from Dairy Queen on Saturday October 15 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM!!!!

The NEW B3 has new equipment and FUN new classes! It has it's own bathroom, shower, cycling classes, adventures race training equipment, the NEW STRONG by Zumba and MORE! Limited sign ups for classes will be open during the expo!
