It's not surprising that Olivia Wilde looks stunning on the cover of the May issue of Lucky magazine, especially considering she freely admits that she used to be considered the celebrity "free pass" for husbands.

"Earlier in my career, it was more women coming up and saying, 'You're my husband's Hall Pass!'" she revealed to the magazine, implying that she was the celebrity that husbands could theoretically cheat on their wives with. "I was never sure what I was supposed to say to that. It was awkward."

But fortunately for Wilde, who is now pregnant with a baby boy and engaged to Jason Sudeikis, those days are now over and fans are approaching her with more respect. And speaking of pregnancy, Wilde is thriving in the role of soon-to-be mother.

"[At first] I just thought, 'Oh, I'm going to hide this forever,'" she said of her changing body. "But I ended up getting kind of excited to show the bump, as a badge of pride. Like, 'I'm a woman! Look at me making a human! I'm a goddess!'"

In addition to the physical changes -- "I'm like, 'double D, hello!'" -- Wilde said that being pregnant has also allowed her to bond with other moms.

"Pregnancy does shed away all of the bulls---," she said. " … Pregnancy brings you into this sort of commune -- you feel connected to women in a way you never have."

But maybe not all women.

"Playing the ideal girl is much harder for me than the basket-case mess," Wilde, who stars in the upcoming drama 'Third Person,' dished about her career. "Now when I look at roles, if it says, 'In walks the femme fatale, the epitome of perfection and desire,' I say, 'No, that's not going to work.'"

So what kind of role is she seeking?

"I'm not interested unless she turns out to be psychotic and murders everyone in the room," Wilde joked. "I'd rather be Ursula than the Little Mermaid."

And there you have it.
