NH Police: Burger King Employees Sold Pot At Drive-Through, Buyers Asked For ‘Extra Crispy’ Fries

Police say two Burger King employees in New Hampshire were arrested for using the restaurant's drive-through to sell marijuana.

Garrett Norris, 20, and Meagan Dearborn, 19, both of Raymond, were arrested Saturday after police received a tip that the two were selling pot at the Burger King restaurant in Epping, according to a report from NH1.

"We obtained enough evidence that pointed to the employee, Norris, was selling marijuana though the drive-through," Epping Police Chief Mike Wallace told NH1. "It was substantiated with the with sting operation. We went in later that evening and arrested him and the shift manager."

Police said buyers would go to the restaurant, ask for "Nasty Boy" and then ask for "extra crispy" fries.

NH1 was told the operation did not involve the owners or any other employees.

Norris was charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

Dearborn was charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled drug. She was also charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

The two were taken to the Epping Police Department and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.

Their arraignments are scheduled for Feb. 22.
