News Center’s Jackie Ward Leaving
I don't normally watch News Center 2 in the morning, as I think they concentrate too much on what's happening in the Portland area and southern Maine, and don't really spend enough time on stories Bangor north. That's just my opinion.
However, when I do watch it, I normally laugh and enjoy it because of Jackie Ward's contributions! She has a great delivery, can relate to the viewers, and seems to have a light-hearted approach to the news. Her unscripted action with her co-anchors and the weather announcers always is very amusing. That's why I was so sad today to hear that she's leaving to go to the west coast.

I'll be sure to watch this weekend and on her last day, as I'm hoping they have an amazing tribute to someone who has worked so hard for the last 5 1/2 years. Good luck, Jackie, and I'll miss you!
