Narrowing Down New England’s Best Lobster Roll

Thrillist.com has released a list of 9 of the best places in New England as chosen and ranked by experts their calling the "Crustacean congress".

The lobster roll is a Maine delicacy matched by none. So you can imagine my surprise to see out of all the New England states, Maine and Massachusetts were the only two to make the list, and out of the nine best places to get a lobster roll Maine was only listed three times.

Bob's Clam Hut in Kittery came in second place ranking the highest for Maine lobster rolls. Eventide Oyster Co. in Portland ranked third and Robert's Maine Grill in Kittery took seventh.

The best place to get a lobster roll according to the Thrillist rankings is Neptune Oyster in Boston. I always assumed Maine had the best lobster roll in the world but apparently not! You can view the full list on Thrillist's website.
