Miley Cyrus Poses in Her Underwear on Instagram [PHOTO]

At this point, almost nothing Miley Cyrus does surprises us. (Case in point: She recently went on a topless selfie spree.) However, we were still caught a little off-guard when the singer shared an up-close-and-personal picture of herself in her underwear.

The snap is a close-up of Miley, showing only the space between her stomach and upper thighs. In the picture, captioned "thank you to da sweet smiler 4 deeezzzz #tmnt," the 'Adore You' singer is rocking a pair of bikini-cut underwear patterned with the faces of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The garment appears to be a gift from a fan, though it's not clear if they are honoring the upcoming live-action movie, Miley's possible love of the cartoon, or both.

Also featured in the Instagram photo is one of Miley's newest inkings, a crescent moon design she got with famed tattoo artist Bang Bang.
