The National Weather Service is predicting some snow for the Bangor area early Wednesday morning.

The same storm covered the middle of the country with a sheet of ice on Sunday. But forecasters are predicting it will only deal a "glancing blow" to the Bangor and Down East areas.

The storm is expected to bring 2-3 inches of snow to the Bangor area, according to the latest report from the National Weather Service in Caribou, which has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the area.

But, keep your eye on this storm as forecasters warn the track of the storm could affect the snowfall.
