Matt Damon continues to promote his nonprofit Water.org -- this time not through a fake press conference in which he goes on a toilet strike, but in an animated public service announcement about the lack of clean drinking water in the developing world.

So, Happy World Water Day. Celebrate by drinking some overpriced bottled water from the mountains of the Himalayas! And by "the Himalayas" we mean "the Hudson River."

In the PSA, Damon explores the water crisis through facts, statistics and cartoon stick figures without necks. And along the way, he explains how a lack of proper facilities in developing countries leads to sickness and death, often in children.

"Half of the world's hospital beds are occupied by patients with water-related diseases such as diarrhea and intestinal infection," he tells us. "These diseases kill 10,000 people a day.”

If that sounds like a downer, hey, there are attempts at levity too (little bright spots considering this thing is about kids dying of intestinal disease and all).

And of course there's the potty humor for which this whole campaign is famous -- which Jessica Biel, Jason Bateman and Josh Gad are delighted to show you below.
