A week and a half later, people are still talking about the Backstreet Boys show on the Bangor Waterfront.

We have done a few stories about Meredith Steele, who goes by babiesofsteele on TikTok because she does really fun videos that people seem to really enjoy.

After getting a response from Lance Bass of N’Sync, where he encouraged her to tell Nick Carter, how much he likes the frosted tips in his blond hair, Meredith did just that, when she made a sign before heading into the show, and just like that, it was up on the jumbotron at the show a few times during the concert at the Maine Savings Amphitheater, and sure enough, it got Nick’s attention, because he commented on the TikTok video that she posted of the whole experience!

Isn't that the beauty of social media? Now, more than ever, if you find a celeb who doesn't mind interacting with their fans, sometimes you get a little treat like Meredith Steele got! No doubt she lived out a fantasy that more than a few N'Sync and BSB fans have dreamed about.

Steele has an impressive 818,000 followers, so she has used it to her advantage, not only to get the attention of a Backstreet Boy, but also to recently put out a Venmo challenge to give "life-changing" donations to servers and wait staff at various Maine restaurants throughout the state.
