Who says you can't go home again?

Luke Holden grew up in Cape Elizabeth and along his with his dad, built his own skiff and launched a lobster company while still in high school. Luke then moved to New York city and worked on Wall Street for three years, before realizing his true calling from back in his days hauling lobster traps.

One day while in Manhattan, Luke had a craving for our fabulous Maine lobster rolls and that's where the idea for Luke's Lobsters restaurants was born. He now has several locations in New York City, has expanded to Chicago and will soon hit Boston too.
