This dudes reasoning for including Maine on this list is pretty weak

Nick Johnson from Home Snacks.net, which bills itself as "Awesome Regional Infotainment" has put together a Top 10 list of what he considers to be the most boring states in America.

How did he measure the most boring states in America? He analyzed the number of married people, the number of families with kids, the number of old people, and things to do in each state.
