The Maine Arts Commission is touring Maine communities this winter to gain information and put forth information to help artists and organizations in the region.

They will be taking a stop in Bangor Thursday, February 26th from 11:30 AM - 4 PM at the Bangor Arts Exchange on Exchange Street in Bangor.

This event was originally scheduled for Wednesday, January 9th but rescheduled due to inclement weather.

Their stops around Maine, including this event in Bangor, will include free workshops for the public for professional development and information for artists.  Be advised, however, that registration is needed.  Also, if there is inclement weather, the event will be postponed.
