Be ready to help Max Rockatansky find his Main Force Patrol Pursuit Special while fighting against the cannibalistic forces of the apocalyptic Outback in Mad Max.

We finally get a quick glimpse at some of the in-game, vehicular combat that will be going on in Mad Max. For a dystopian version of Australia where Earth's oil reserves bottomed-out and ruined the world's way of life, there sure are a lot of cars in this Mad Max trailer. Nevertheless, Max will have his trusty shotgun with its limited number of shells as he drives his Magnum Opus vehicle and combats the sadistic tribes scattered throughout the Australian wastelands.

This trailer depicts Max's overhauled V12 vehicle getting its Destruction Derby on against what is presumed to be more of the crazed inhabitants we have seen in the previous films of the franchise. We'll see just how mad Max Rockatansky can get when Mad Max is released for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One sometime in early 2015. While its release date is too vague to label it as a tie-in game, Mad Max's 2015 launch is likely to revolve around the theatrical debut of 'Mad Max: Fury Road,' which is slated for a May 15 release with Bane himself, Tom Hardy, continuing the role Mel Gibson immortalized in the 1980s.
