Lindsay Lohan can no longer afford to pay the rent on her home and has since been evicted (or she’s just relocating to New York, as her rep would have us believe) — and you can profit from her misfortune.
Of course by “profit” we mean “live in a house that reeks of lost opportunity and flop sweat.”
Although the pad was remodeled by Bravo’s ‘Million Dollar Decorators’ for $200,000, it was supposedly trashed before the network could film the big reveal.
Regardless of the reasons for La Lohan’s evacuation, you can rent the place for the low low price of $10,450 a month — an increase of more than $2,400 over what she paid. Why the increase? Maybe it was all those renovations. Or maybe just knowing a famous person once vomited there is worth cash money.
The mini-mansion, which designer Kathryn Ireland referred to as “’Gone With the Wind,’ but smaller,†is described by the new realtors as “perfect for celebrity clients or those desiring complete privacy†and “previously home to many high-profile individuals.â€
“And also Lindsay Lohan,†the listing should have added but didn’t.
Featuring three bedrooms and 2,500 square feet, the Beverly Hills home is surrounded by “high hedges†and has a “resort-style†pool, a freshly painted interior and an updated kitchen. (Thanks, ‘Million Dollar Decorators’!)
