He really is getting better!

Lil Wayne was released from the hospital late last night (March 18).

TMZ reports that Weezy was released around 11PM. However, that doesn't mean he's completely healthy just yet. Sources say that the 'No Worries' rapper feels weak and that he plans on lying low until he makes a full recovery, and considering that his condition was pretty rough, that may actually take a while.

Weezy was released from the intensive care unit yesterday afternoon when his condition stabilized and was reportedly eating on his own and walking around the hospital floor accompanied by a security detail.

While his team has yet to report on what cause Wayne's seizures, sources close to the rapper insinuate that it was an overdose of Wayne's beloved sizzurp. They also say that he wasn't near death at all. “TMZ was so off base. Wayne is fine,” a source said. “He drank too much sizzurp to get a better high. He needs rehab but he’s not close to death or anything. He’s fine and just coming down off the high.”

Here's hoping Wayne's full recovery includes that rehab that he needs. We don't want to deal with another scare like this again!
