Leamon’s Benefit Supper This Saturday

I got an inbox from Z listener Brianna Ireland this morning. Sadly, Brianna's dad has been diagnosed with lung cancer and she asked if I would share this information about this upcoming benefit with all of you and of course, my answer is yes.

The event happens this Saturday from 5-8pm at the Old Town Rec Center, which is located at 342 Bennoch Rd. in Stillwater.

I will let Brianna take it from here and tell her father's story.

IT IS 5:00 - 8:00 PM My father was hospitalized back in February, he was having a hard time breathing and he was losing weight, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him at the time and had sent him home, after doing that, he became much worse, he was hospitalized a few short weeks ago by ambulance, and we have come to find out he was mesothelioma. Unfortunately due to how weak he is, nothing else is able to be done for him so they have sent him home, so when his time comes to pass, he will do it comfortably at home, my poor mother is out of work and hasn't been able to make any money at all, because she cannot leave my fathers side. Were hosting this so that way we can help my mother with the medical bills for my father, and also when the time comes to help with funeral costs. We will be doing a spaghetti dinner which will be $5 a person, and we will have baked goods, and I believe we are doing a auction as well, if anyone would like to be a part of this or help out in any way, feel free to let me know
