The PlayStation 4's launch is upon us, and with it comes highly anticipated exclusive, Killzone: Shadow Fall.

The Killzone franchise has been around for years, but Shadow Fall is the first entry shipping day and date with a new console. Killzone 3 was an enjoyable if flawed experience, but we're still excited by the prospects Killzone: Shadow Fall represents.

The trailer, while light on action, is full of political hype. There are two sides to any conflict, and we're curious to see how Guerrilla Games is going to explore the differences between the Vektans and the Helghast. We've been let down by the stories in many of this year's shooters, though there have been a few shining gems in the rough. Perhaps Killzone will buck the trend, and have a narrative worth talking about in a good way.

Killzone: Shadow Fall will be out on Nov. 15 alongside the PlayStation 4.
