Kid’s Solar System Walk on the Bangor Waterfront October 4th

Check out this cool event for the kiddos!

Challenger Learning Center of Maine is putting on an educational experience to get you and the kids out on the Bangor Waterfront!

The Space Walk will be taking place Thursday, October 4th from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on the Bangor Waterfront Walking Path.  It will be a free event but will be accepting donations for the Challenger Center and their mission to inspire kids to learn about science and space!

If you plan on going, they are asking that you visit their Facebook event, click for a ticket so they know how many people to plan for.

This event is to celebrate World Space Week and will be a fun way for kids to get an idea of how our solar system is set up and how it all works.  Lots of great activities will be happening for kids of all ages.

And expect ice cream from the Darling's Ice Cream Truck!
