As I'm sure you know, I am a huge Celtics fan and to put it mildly, it has been a tough season to watch, since the C's are in the middle of a rebuilding situation.

Last night, two of my favorite Boston athletes of all time made their first trip back to the Garden after the trade that sent them packing to sunny New Jersey back in July. One thing you can always count on from Boston sports fans, is they will show you unconditional love, if you gave it your all while you were there.

During separate timeouts, both Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett were given moving video tributes from the Celtics and the crowd roared with approval and appreciation. I miss those guys! They brought lots of memorable games and a championship banner to boot.
