Katy Perry: Pop star, teenage dream, style icon and, quite possibly, and the very reason Bumpits make a resurgence in society.

There was a time not too long ago when the bumped-up hair look was very in: Jersey Shore's Snooki, of course, became the most recognizable beacon of Bumpit-ness by adding some height to her 4'8" stature with the then-popular hair accessory. But much like the popularity of the TV show that bore such high-wattage stars as Sammi Sweetheart and Ronnie, the craze died just as quickly, and the product soon went MIA from shelves...until now.

The Bumpit's creator, Kelly Fitzpatrick Bennett, tells TMZ that because of all the apparent clamoring over Katy's hair-raising glam look at the Golden Globes over the weekend, she's now moving forward with getting the Bumpit back on the market for the first time in 3 years.

Finally, a way to look like this again:

And not only that! Bennett is already so indebted to the Prism princess, she wants to give her "a lifetime supply" of Bumpits — and she's even willing to rename the product "Katy's Bumpits."

Who needs a Grammy when you've got a Bumpit?
