Image Of Loch Ness Monster In Portland Goes Viral
A Portland man's image of the Loch Ness Monster swimming through flooded Portland streets during Wednesday's rainstorm has gone viral.
Jamie White of Lewiston took the original picture. It was doctored by Peau Khan, a former Maine College of Art student, according to his Facebook profile.
The Loch Ness monster had been spotted in Portland Me. During the flood.
