The ghost is free, but the home costs more than $3 million. No biggie.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1,981 square-feet ... and a ghost. This ocean side castle in Cape Elizabeth is for sale for the "modest" price of $3,350,000.

Beckett's Castle was built in 1874 to be used as a summer cottage. It features a three-story tower that was once used as a navigational aid for ships entering Portland Harbor. The one-acre lot also features secret gardens that stretch along the shoreline.

According to the Portland Press Herald, the paranormal features include doors opening on their own, sheets being ripped off beds and paintings being ripped off the walls. The theory is that the man who built the castle, Sylvester Beckett, is the one who haunts the halls.
