Iconic Maine Drive-In Restaurant For Sale

An iconic Brunswick drive-in restaurant has gone up for sale.

The Fat Boy Drive-In in Brunswick has been a summertime tradition for Mainers for over 60 years. Located near the Brunswick Executive Airport, Fat Boy has been serving customers right from the comfort of their vehicle since 1955.

According to the Portland Press Herald, owners Jeanne and Ken Burton are ready for retirement and have put their legendary car-hop up for sale. The Burton's have been running the business since the 1980s. The restaurant is selling for $1.15 million.

Fat Boy Drive-In is located at 111 Bath Rd in Brunswick.
