Hulu to Make Stephen King Novel into Series

Another Stephen King book is going to TV!

Television streaming company Hulu announced plans to make a new show based on Stephen King's 2011 novel, '11/22/63.' The thriller follows the story of a high school teacher who travels back in time to try and stop the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

The nine hour Hulu Series will be produced by Bad Robot. King is an executive producer on the show.

Hulu has released original content in the past, but hasn't created the buzz that Netflix has with its popular shows.
